Training

Empowering
your team

Empowering your team – Inhouse, on-site and remote.

Overview

Even experienced maintenance teams benefit from a structured refresher – and for specialists, there’s always another level of depth to explore. Our preventive maintenance trainings are designed for teams that already know their way around drivetrain systems and want to sharpen their skills further.

We offer refresher trainings for crews who have been running Malmedie couplings for years and want to update their routines with the latest best practices, as well as expert-level trainings that go deep into wear mechanics, failure analysis, alignment strategies and advanced condition monitoring. Content is always tailored to the team in front of us and to the equipment actually installed on site.

Trainings can be delivered inhouse at our facilities, on-site at your plant, or remote – whichever fits your schedule best.

Options

Two tracks, both tailored

Refresher Training

For teams that have been running Malmedie couplings for years. We update your crew on current best practices, review inspection and lubrication routines, and address the specific issues your team has encountered since the last session. Typically one day, on-site.

Expert Training

For specialists who want to go deeper. Wear mechanics, failure analysis, alignment strategies, and advanced condition monitoring – including hands-on work with instruments and real case studies from heavy-duty applications. Typically two days, inhouse or on-site.
Both formats can be combined into a single week if your team covers multiple roles. Content is always tailored to the equipment actually installed on your site.
