Overview

Whenever new equipment arrives on site or a new team takes over operations, the first weeks decide how smoothly things will run for years to come. Our training programs are built exactly for these moments – giving your people the confidence and know-how to operate, maintain and get the most out of Malmedie drivetrain systems from day one.

We adapt each training to the specific products installed at your site and to the experience level of the team in front of us. Whether it’s a full onboarding for a new crew, a refresher after a system upgrade, or a deep-dive for your maintenance specialists – the content is always hands-on, practical and directly tied to the equipment you actually work with.

Trainings are available inhouse at our facilities, on-site at your plant, or remote, depending on what fits your schedule and setup best.

    Curriculum design

    We build a tailored training agenda with the right balance of theory, hands-on practice, and time for your team's own questions.

We run scheduled trainings at our headquarters in Solingen throughout the year – and we come to you whenever on-site training makes more sense. Below you'll find our next open sessions. If none of them fits your timeline or topic, get in touch and we'll put together a custom training for your team.
  • Group size: Open sessions are limited to 8 participants to keep trainings hands-on.
  • Languages: Standard language is English. German and Spanish on request.
  • Included: Training materials, certificate of attendance, lunch and refreshments during the day.
  • Practical exercises: Directly on your installed equipment wherever possible, so learning translates into daily routines.
  • Follow-up support: A defined period after the training during which your team can come back to us with questions as they apply what they've learned.
